I grew up in Joysey, Lived in New Yawk for 5 years, moved to rural MA, and have now been living here for three weeks. My quest for the best pizza in Omaha brought me to Franks. I certainly appreciated his commentary on New Joysey. I also appreciated the grease! the crust was the right consistency, the sauce above average, and although the cheese reminded me of Lisanti, I am hoping for better flavor overall the next time I head over to his conveniant location.

Best pizza in Omaha.
Crust was thin and crunchy (as sopposed to).
Sauce was light and flavorfull. (I always order with half the sauce portion). Must places use tomato paste (not the same as sauce).
Ingredients where fresh (I order a tomato, onions, mushroms, chicken, and extra cheese).

So far, Best Pizza in Omaha!!!

I absolutely love Frank’s pizza. I am from Omaha but I lived on the east coast when I was young in the 1960’s and came to love NY pizza. The corner pizza joint sold by the slice and I was there as much as I could afford. I first tried Frank’s when I got a Groupon. I was so excited when I first tried it, the memories it brought. I go there an average of 5 times a month. Joe is a little abrasive and I do warn the people I recommend this place to but I think he reminds me of the Cake Boss. I wish I knew of this place before a year ago. Oh and by the way the chicken parm is to die for. Thanks Joe for such wonderful pizza.

Im a daily deal customer and will never step foot in this place again. The owner or manager was as rude as Ive seen…if you dont want your customers to have coupons dont use the service .

I completely agree with the comments related to the horrible customer service. Joe, the owner, is completely rude and disrespectful! I’m not sure why Joe feels the need to talk “down” to and even yell at his customers….you own or manage a pizza place for God’s sake Joe! I will be certain to never go back to this place again.

Wow. I’ve been going to Frank’s for years(7 to be exact).And never had a problem with food or service. I love Frank’s. Sounds like there may be more to some of these reviews then people want to wright. I will only eat pizza at Frank’s because it’s the only place in Omaha that knows how to do it right. Everyplace else is just that …everyplace else.

The owner is a rude neanderthal. Pizza’s OK. For whatever it’s worth, will never step foot in the place again & will spread the word as best I can. As if there isn’t other options to eat in this town.

Food is good! Service SUCKS! Bitch about not leaving a tip. I will not tip you! All you did was punch my order into the machine! You don’t bring the food out to me, I have to go get it from the counter! Frank, if you need to pay your staff better, charge more for your pizza. It is good enough to probably bring an extra $.25 a slice. But bitch to us about not tipping. FU@% OFF! I don’t tip at McDonalds, why would I tip at Frank’s?
