Food is good! Service SUCKS! Bitch about not leaving a tip. I will not tip you! All you did was punch my order into the machine! You don’t bring the food out to me, I have to go get it from the counter! Frank, if you need to pay your staff better, charge more for your pizza. It is good enough to probably bring an extra $.25 a slice. But bitch to us about not tipping. FU@% OFF! I don’t tip at McDonalds, why would I tip at Frank’s?

Frank’s is the best NY/Brooklyn pizza joint outside of NY by a mile, and the best pizza in Omaha by far. I just had a slice of sicilian there and it was amazing. As good as Armondos in Brooklyn at the Canarsie subway station on Rockaway Pky.

Meh nothing to get real excited about. Reminds me of Hy-Vee pizza for some reason. The sause was ok but the cheese quality was lacking. Not sure what these people from NY are talking about because this stuff isn’t even close to good NY za…..

If you enjoy NY style pizza there is no other that will do but Frank’s. If you expect what has come to be called Pizza (Pizza Hut, Papa Johns, etc) you will find a different style. The comments I’ve seen reflect more of a surprise with NY Style than a dislike for Frank’s. For us the Zio’s, Old Chicago, etc can’t come close. Simply the best pizza in town.

Pizza is the best in town hands down! Gotta try the meatball sandwich! Guaranteed to give you weekly cravings. Owner can be a little abrasive at times, but he’s from New York, what do you expect?

The pizza is fantastic, and probably the best I have ever tasted. Their service is terrible. They have the social skills of a second grader. I think they actually hate the costumers. I have been their a few times and this seems to be a consistant pattern.

If you like NY style (thin crust), this is the best in Omaha. Great balance between crust, sauce, cheese and toppings.
