I can tell in the difference in taste, quality and presentation. Just a few years ago, a couple who origanally are from Brooklyn, moved their business(FRANKS PIZZA) from Florida and seem to be doing ok...their pizza is very true its NY roots and it does bring me home everytime i eat there. Your Menu and specials sound awesome and i would love to try em out if u decide to move here, but as for FRANKS, most of their customers are ex NY'rs and east coast visitors. People here in Omaha are set in their local fare and i would think if you moved here that the buzz for your place would'nt last long. you might have a chance here, but i wouldnt expect the locals to make a long term change from their usual faves. Also your prices would need to be reasonable. I used to go to the one on 120th, and that owner moved to rockbrook a couple years back. The original owner reopened the 120th location last spring or so. As for the Farnam location, I heard that it has now reopened after a full remodel after their fire a couple years ago. Jay
